What is the return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return and return the item. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT only and have to be returned within 15 days of receiving your item.
You will receive your store credit in the form of an E-gift card. After Smith Style Boutique has received the returned items, you will receive your E-gift card by email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These items will be marked final sale.
